Sitting on a bench in my parents back garden.
Okay, so lets face it….its now widely known…but you (the internet) and by most of my friends and the people I work with,. That I like wearing suits….But as I said in my last post, Its suuuper easy to wear them…sometimes too easy…
I went for a sort of…work wear vibe with this outfit, I wore my fav Asos saddle shoes, and I chose not to wear a tie with my light brown JL gingham shirt.
Here I wore a Jack London suit I bought from clearit in Melbourne. It was soooooo damn cheap, I couldn’t not buy it …I tend to end up in Melbourne once a year, so I will ALWAYS visit clearit, why? do you ask. Because it insanely cheap…so all these JL items I lust after all year…will often be there when I show up.
This is a great example of why I love these JL suits, They keep the silhouette verrrry slim. It sits in that area of Skinny, but without being restrictive. They keep the lapels thin, and get rid of anything useless you don’t need on a suit. Often their suits will be one button, I often see more people opting for a one button suit jacket, In my opinion, they work really well for shorter gentlemen (such as me) or if you want a more “fashion forward” look. However….in a trade off, I don’t think they look as nice when buttoned up.
